Olivier Reginensi

Private Chef

Originally from Provence and of Corsican heritage, Chef Olivier Reginensi trained in France's top kitchens—including Louis XV in Monaco and Château Eza—before taking his talent to New York and San Francisco. He has privately served high-profile clientele such as Henry Kravis and Clémentine Pallanca, pepe Fanjul and many more prominent New York families. Former Corporate Chef for Maison Kayser USA (23 locations), Olivier was awarded for Best Baguette in New York two years in a row. His cuisine is refined, seasonal, and Mediterranean-inspired, rooted in wellness and flavor.

Associate

With a background in luxury client-centric marketing and operations, Laura brings leadership experience from fashion and interior design, matching her individual creativity to the needs of her clients.


Laura spent eight years at Chanel, Inc., where she honed a broad set of skills spanning brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and event planning. Additionally, she led Carlisle’s flagship showroom in the A&D Building in NYC, a luxury flooring company used by the top architects and designers globally.

Her wide range of capabilities and broad understanding of both day-to-day and high-level management allow her to plan strategically, anticipate opportunities and solve complex client needs.

Theo Reginensi

Associate

Theo is a Cornell University alum with a Bachelor of Science in Plant Science and a minor in Business. With this unique combination of agricultural science and business knowledge, he brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to Reginensi Consulting.

During his time at Cornell, Theo developed a deep passion for sustainability, innovation, and data-driven solutions. He focused on bridging the gap between science and operations, working on projects that optimized processes, enhanced financial performance, and delivered long-term value.

At Reginensi Consulting, Theo contributes to financial analysis, operations advisory, and business development efforts. His analytical mindset, adaptability, and commitment to excellence make him a key part of our young talent cohort, helping to drive tailored, high-impact solutions for clients in the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors.
